Payne Equine may disclose Personal Data and other information as follows:

Collection of Phone numbers:

Payne Equine collects phone number when clients call to make appointments.  We use these to be able to contact horse owners to communicate care, make appointments, and send invoices.  We do not send mass text messages for marketing purposes. 

Use of Txt Messages:

Payne Equine uses Text Messages to easily communicate with horse owners regarding the care of inpatient horses, make appointments, and send invoices.  We do not send mass marketing text messages. 

Opt Out of Text Messages:

If at any time you wish to not be communicated with by text message please Text “Opt Out” to 979.571.7951 and we will remove your number from our system.  

Mass Marketing Text Messages:

We do not send text messages for Mass Marketing purposes.  All text messages will be directly related to the care of your horse. 

Changes to Policy:

We reserve the right to change this policy. 

Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Additional Disclosures: Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payne Equine does not share your information, we use it to contact you in regards to the care for your animal.
